Customer Profiling

Customer Profiling provides insights on your customers for new business generation and existing business retention. Using your own customer data, profiling can sharpen both your lead acquisition and customer retention marketing programs with data-based insights. Profiling insights like these:

  • Geographic density of your current customer base highlights penetration opportunities
  • Statistical overview of your current customers refines your lead generation parameters
  • Leverage the profile insights to identify customer “next products” offers

With DataCo's customer profile platform, we've made the process much easier. Simply upload your customer data and you can quickly identify lead acquisition and customer retention opportunities. All you need to do is to upload a csv file containing zipcodes of your customers and within minutes you will have a demographic analysis based on those customers.

Then if you would like an expert interpretation of these results call Tom Salutz at 847-712-6104. If you would like additional profiling services, let him know.

FAQ's

The overall customer penetration is calculated by number of customers in a zipcode by the number of households in same area.

The customer penetration index sets 100 as the national customer penetration. In the profile the index is calculated by the number of customers with the specific attribute being analyzed divided by the number of households with the same attributes divided by the average customer penetration times 100.
